IBC Adapter – S60×6 to 1½″ Camlock Type A Adaptor – Glass-Filled Polypropylene – CPP®

Convert a standard IBC outlet to a 1½″ Camlock (Cam & Groove) connection quickly and securely with this heavy-duty CPP® adaptor.

Designed for industrial liquid transfer, this adaptor fits onto an S60×6 female buttress IBC outlet and provides a 1.5″ Camlock Type A male spigot for connection to standard female Camlock couplers.

Applications

Suitable for IBC discharge, chemical transfer, dosing systems, agricultural liquid transfer, water treatment and general industrial fluid handling applications.

Installation Notes

Ensure the IBC outlet thread and sealing face are clean and free from debris before installation.

  1. Lightly hand-tighten the adaptor until the seal is seated firmly against the IBC valve outlet.
  2. Using a suitable wrench or strap wrench, further tighten the adaptor as follows:

S60×6 Thread:

  • Minimum: 30° additional rotation
  • Maximum: 60° additional rotation

Do not overtighten, as excessive torque may cause thread damage, seal distortion or leakage.
