Fits S60X6 – Schütz compatible

At CPP-LM Ltd we try to monitor container outlets and the problems with different manufacturers operating different sites around the world. We try to find answers to non-conforming thread variations and material choices that lead to connection problems. Our basic range is centred partly on the DIN 6131 (replaced by BS EN 12713) S60x6 thread to ensure mechanical integrity and connections, whilst using tolerances available to fit most other non-conforming threads of this type.

 
The Schutz S60x6 thread differs slightly in diameter and thread angle, which with other recently reported variations may lead to connection problems with a standard DIN S60x6 (still fine with other makes and older Schutz spec).

 
To resolve these problems, we are launching our Schutz Compatible range of natural food grade Sch S60x 6 adapters, fitted with our FS20TPENA gasket. This range will be expanded over this year to include most of the popular variations and stocked accordingly. This will allow us to focus on the best solution to any problem, rather than trying to find a compromise.
