CPP® 4″ URT lugged female coupling with a 4″ (100 mm) hose tail, moulded in straight natural polypropylene for suction, waste-handling and industrial liquid-transfer applications.

URT means Urban Round Thread. It is a coarse round-thread connection used in the UK and based on traditional fire-hose suction coupling patterns. Similar round-thread systems have been used by different manufacturers, so nominal size alone does not always guarantee interchangeability.
