This CPP® Type A (Part A) adaptor connects a matching ¾″ female Camlock coupler to equipment or pipework through its ¾″ BSPP female thread. It allows the Camlock joint to be connected and disconnected while the threaded end remains installed.
Manufactured from glass-filled polypropylene, the adaptor has a male Camlock profile that fits inside a matching female coupler. The cam arms and sealing gasket are carried by the mating female coupler.

Choosing the correct size: The ¾″ measurement refers to the nominal pipe thread size. The Camlock head is ¾″; check both connections when selecting the fitting.
Thread specification
BSPT means British Standard Pipe Taper; BSPP means British Standard Pipe Parallel. This product has a ¾″ BSPP female thread to ISO 228-1. The parallel thread requires an appropriate sealing arrangement for the mating connection.

Installation and use
Use a suitable mating thread and sealing arrangement; avoid overtightening plastic threads. Check compatibility of the body, gasket and connected components with the liquid and operating temperature. Support attached hoses and pipework to avoid strain on the fitting, and release system pressure before disconnecting.
