2″ Male Camlock × 1½″ BSPT Male (Type F) - GF Polypropylene - CPP®

This CPP® Type F (Part F) adaptor connects a 2″ Male Camlock to a 1½″ BSPT Male.

Connects a matching 2″ female Camlock coupler to smaller threaded pipework or equipment using the specified thread.

Connections and materials

• Camlock connection: 2″ Male Camlock.
• Other connection: 1½″ BSPT Male.
• Body: black glass-filled polypropylene (GFPP).

Connection specification and fit

BSPT (British Standard Pipe Taper): tapered external thread to ISO 7-1, designation R. Use a compatible mating pipe thread and suitable thread sealant. Avoid overtightening plastic threads.

Camlock compatibility: Fits matching 2″ female Camlock heads manufactured to EN 14420-7 or US specification A-A-59326. Check the mating dimensions using the CPP® size chart.

This male adaptor engages with the cam arms and gasket in the mating female coupler; those components are carried by the female coupler.

Working pressure — water service

These guide ratings are based on water service. The complete assembly is limited by its lowest-rated component. Verify suitability under the intended operating conditions, including the liquid and temperature.

Installation and use

Check both connection sizes before ordering. Confirm the compatibility of the body, seals and connected components with the liquid and temperature. Support hoses and pipework to reduce strain on the fitting, and release pressure before disconnecting.
