Lugged Couplings

CPP® Lugged Couplings are moulded in straight natural polypropylene for industrial liquid-transfer, suction, waste-handling and hose applications. The range includes male and female hose-tail couplings, dust caps, dust plugs, conversion adaptors and replacement ribbed PP elastomer gaskets.

Choose by connection type

• BSPP Lugged Couplings – parallel BSPP connections manufactured to ISO 228-1.
• URT (Urban Round Thread) Lugged Couplings – coarse round-thread connections used in UK suction and waste-handling applications.

URT compatibility: similar round-thread systems have been used by different manufacturers, so nominal size alone does not always guarantee interchangeability. Check the mating thread form and dimensions before ordering, particularly with 4″ URT fittings.

Female lugged couplings use PP elastomer sealing gaskets. Pressure ratings vary by coupling size and operating temperature; refer to the individual product page for the applicable water-service rating.
