Compatibility and replacement
S60X6 and NPS are different thread forms; compatibility of a seal does not make the fittings interchangeable. Check the seal dimensions and chemical suitability for your liquid.
Close the IBC valve and release pressure before disassembly. Clean and inspect the groove and sealing surfaces, install the O-ring without twisting or damage, and check the assembled connection for leaks. Operating limits depend on the complete fitting and application.
