Add a secondary shut-off point to an IBC with an S60X6 male outlet. This CPP® assembly combines an S60X6 female swivel nut, a ball valve and a ¾″ BSPP male outlet for a matching hose or tap connection.
IBC compatibility
Fits standard S60X6 male IBC outlets, including SCHÜTZ S60X6 outlets. Suitable for selected WERIT, MAUSER, Mamor and Sotralentz tanks when fitted with a matching S60X6 male outlet and suitable sealing face.

Thread and connection guidance
The S60X6 inlet matches a nominal 60mm male buttress thread with 6mm pitch.
BSPP (British Standard Pipe Parallel), G thread form to ISO 228-1. The connection seals at a suitable gasket, O-ring or sealing face rather than on the parallel thread.
Installation Notes
- Ensure the IBC outlet thread and sealing face are clean and undamaged, and the correct gasket is seated properly.
- Hand-tighten the S60X6 swivel nut until the gasket sits firmly against the IBC valve outlet.
- Using a suitable wrench or strap wrench on the nut, tighten a further 30° minimum to 60° maximum.
- Fit the matching outlet connection using the appropriate sealing arrangement. Support hoses and pipework to reduce strain on the IBC valve.
Avoid overtightening, which can damage the threads, distort the gasket or cause leakage. Release pressure before disconnecting.
