2″ Female Camlock × ¾″ BSPP Female (Type D) - GF Polypropylene - CPP®

This CPP® Type D (Part D) coupling connects a 2″ Female Camlock to a ¾″ BSPP Female.

Connects a matching 2″ male Camlock head to smaller threaded pipework or equipment using the specified thread.

Connections and materials

• Camlock connection: 2″ Female Camlock.
• Other connection: ¾″ BSPP Female.
• Body: black glass-filled polypropylene (GFPP).
• Cam arms, rings and pins: 304 stainless steel.
• Camlock gasket: polypropylene-based olefin elastomer.

Connection specification and fit

BSPP (British Standard Pipe Parallel): parallel internal thread to ISO 228-1, designation G. Select the correct mating fitting and sealing arrangement; the Camlock gasket seals only the Camlock joint.

Camlock compatibility: Fits matching 2″ male Camlock heads manufactured to EN 14420-7 or US specification A-A-59326. Check the mating dimensions using the CPP® size chart.

The gasket in this female coupler seals against the matching male Camlock head.

Working pressure — water service

These guide ratings are based on water service. The complete assembly is limited by its lowest-rated component. Verify suitability under the intended operating conditions, including the liquid and temperature.

Installation and use

Check both connection sizes before ordering. Confirm the compatibility of the body, seals and connected components with the liquid and temperature. Support hoses and pipework to reduce strain on the fitting, and release pressure before disconnecting.
